Refund and Cancellation Policy

Mercy Records Academy operates with a strict No Refund and No Cancellation policy for all course enrollments, bookings, and services offered. Once a transaction is successfully completed, it is deemed final, and students will not be eligible for any refunds, cancellations, or modifications under any circumstances. This policy applies to all training programs, workshops, certifications, studio bookings, event registrations, and any other educational or service offerings provided by the academy. Students are strongly advised to carefully review all course details, terms, and pricing before making a payment or confirming enrollment. We do not entertain refund or cancellation requests due to change of mind, dissatisfaction, schedule conflicts, or any other personal reasons.

However, in cases where a duplicate payment, technical error, or unauthorized transaction occurs, students may submit a written request for review within 48 hours of the transaction by contacting our support team at academyinquiry@mercyrecords.in with complete details, including proof of payment. Such requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and if found valid, the excess amount may be refunded or adjusted against future services at our sole discretion. Additionally, if a course or service is found to be unavailable due to an error on our part, we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative batch, service credit, or other resolutions instead of a monetary refund.

If an approved refund is granted under exceptional circumstances, the refund process will be initiated within 7-10 business days via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Any bank charges, transaction fees, or processing costs incurred during the refund process will be borne by the student. Students must ensure that they provide accurate details during transactions, as we are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect information, failed payments, or errors due to third-party payment processors.

By proceeding with any enrollment, booking, or payment, students expressly acknowledge and agree to abide by this No Refund and Cancellation Policy, understanding that all transactions are final, and any exceptions will be considered solely at the discretion of Mercy Records Academy. The academy reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any such changes.
